Environment protection first !
The packaging of your product is made of recyclable materials. Do not throw it in your
garbage, take it to a nearby separated waste collection center.
Please take your used appliance to a recycling depot in your area. Thank you for being
environmentally friendly.
A few tips in case of problems
Problem Cause Solution
The appliance won’t work or
does not heat up.
The appliance isn’t correctly
plugged in.
Check that the appliance is
correctly plugged in.
You haven’t pressed
the On/Off switch.
Press the On/Off switch.
The lid is incorrectly
positioned.
The safety system does
not allow the appliance to
operate if the lid is
incorrectly positioned.
Refit the lid.
The appliance will not
heat up.

The viewing window
has broken.
Accidental damage. Unplug the appliance and
stop using it. Contact our

The food is burnt or
overcooked on top.
Food placed too close to lid. To avoid spills do not fill the
pan more than two-thirds
full.
