End of cycle and refrigerating
•A beep indicates the end of the cycle. To stop this sound, press OK. Press
and hold to return to the menu. It is possible to add time by pressing the
+ or - keys and validating with the button .
•Do not put the hot mixture in the refrigerator. Check the recipe to find
out how best to store what you have made.
Shelf life
•Dairy desserts are kept cold and must be consumed soon after being
made.
Important: many dairy dessert recipes are made with eggs. To avoid any
risk, use fresh eggs in all these recipes.
