PEPPER • Cut in half lengthway and remove seeds
AUBERGINE
• Cut lengthways
• Coat or brush the aubergine slices with oil for the best cooking
results.
TOMATO
• Use round tomatoes
• Use tomatoes that are not too ripe
• Cut in half widthways
• For optimal cooking, place the rounded side of the halved
tomato on the bottom plate of the grill.
PORK * Use the searing function if the thickness is more than 20 mm.
