If the iron remains unused for more than 8 minutes on the heel rest or more than 5 min. laid flat or on its side,
the electronic system will cut the power, the iron will stop heating and the temperature indicator light will begin to
flash.
To restart the iron, move it gently until the indicator stops flashing.
