d. Set the 492 Option 42 REFERENCE LEVEL to -30 dBm and RF ATTENUATION to
0 dB.
e. Keeping the signal centered with the CENTER FREQUENCY control» switch
the FREQ SPAN/DIV to 0 (the crt Freq Span/Div will indicate 10 ms).
f. Adjust the CENTER FREQUENCY control of the 492 Option 42 to center the
signal displayed on the 7L14.
g. Check that the 110 MHz IF OUT output power is >/= -40 dBm
30. For Option 42 instruments. Check Bandwidth 0 5 MHz)» Center Frequency
(109.5 MHz-111.5 MHz)» Bandpass ripple (</=0.5 dB)» and Symmetry about 110 MH
(+/- 1. 0 MHz)
