4. Press System.
5. Press NextPage.
6. Press Update firmware
to enter file system.
NOTE: If the USB memory
device is not inserted, the
Update firmware is disabled.
7. Use the general purpose
knob to select
USBDEVICE, and then
press Enter to enter
USBDEVICE to browse
files in the USB memory
device.
8. Select the downloaded
firmware file by rotating
the general purpose
knob. Then press
Execute to update
firmware.
NOTE: The firmware file
name is as follows:
tekafg1022-Vx.x.x.tfb or
tekafg1062_Vx.x.x.tfb.
NOTE: If the update process
fails, an error code will be
displayed on the screen. The
following table lists the errors
that may occur during the
update process.

Type flag error in the firmware file

The firmware version of the instrument can not be updated to the firmware
version of the file.

The instrument model does not match with the model of the firmware file.
