Sets or returns the slope of the edge used for the delay "from" or "to" waveform

when taking an immediate delay measurement. The waveform is speciﬁed by

Arguments

<x> speciﬁes which waveform to use, wher

e <x> = 1 is the "from" waveform, and

<x> = 2 is the "to" waveform.

FALL speciﬁes the falling edge.

RISe speciﬁes the rising edge.

Examples

MEASUREMENT:MEAS1:DELAY:ED GE1 RISE speciﬁes that the "from" waveform

rising edge be used for the immediate delay measurement.

MEASUREMENT:MEAS1:DELAY:ED GE1? returns either RISE or FALL.

MEASUrement:MEAS<x>:MAXimum? (Query Only)

Returns the maximum value found for this measurement since the last statistical

reset. Measurements are speciﬁed by x, which ranges from 1 through 4.
