5.2 TUBES & BRACKETS
If any corrosion is observed on the
tubes or brackets in the engine
compartment;
1. Brush the corroded zone with
wire brush.
2. Clean the brushed area with a
solvent or thinner and dry it with
a dry cloth.
3. Apply 2K Epoxy Primer to the
cleaned and dried zones.
4. Paint the zones with a RAL7016
color code (in accordance with
engine type & model) and use
with hardener Gromalit 2pack.

brush the
corroded zone
clean the surface
with a solvent and
dry it
Apply 2K Epoxy
Primer
uncoated
metal
Paint the surface with
RAL7016 and use
Gromalit 2pack hardener
CAUTION
For the parts near the hot lines,
use heat resistant covering
materials.
