If any corrosion is observed on the
luggage compartments and their proles;
1. Brush the corroded zone with wire
brush.
2. Clean the brushed area with a
solvent or thinner and dry it with a
dry cloth.
3. Apply 2K Epoxy Primer primer to
the cleaned and dried zones.
4. Wait at least 45 minutes to ensure
surfaces are dried well. Also for
drying procedure infrared heaters
can be used.

Apply rough painting to the internal
zones of the luggage compartments
after brushing, cleaning and priming.
If the corroded zone is close to
electic-electronic equipments (switch
panel, relay panel, batteries, any
cables etc.), DO NOT use external heat
sources such as infrared heaters to dry
the painted zones before isolating
(thermal) such eqipments.
