Open the seatpost clamp, adjust the
saddle to a suitable height, and lock
the clamp. We recommend that you
stand naturally and make sure that
the height of the saddle is the same
as that of your hip.
Note:
a. The height of the seatpost should
not exceed the marked safety line.
b. The height of the seatpost is set to
the minimum when fully inserted.
