LIABILITY
Terex Bartell Ltd. denies any liability for possible damages to persons and / or things
resulting from improper or wrong use of the machine or non-observance of the instructions
contained in this manual.
GUARANTEE
We agree to furnish without charge, FOB our plant , a replacement for any part or portion
thereof, comprising the drive train of the Bartell B424, consisting of the drive shaft and the
gear case assembly, save and except for pulleys, drive belts and power units which prove
upon our examination to be defective in either material or workmanship within a period of
six (6) months from date of purchase, provided that notice of such defective part or portion
thereof is given to Terex Bartell Ltd. in writing within the said period of six (6) months.
No further or other guarantee or warranty expressed or implied in connection with the sale of
the trowel Model B424 is given and our sole responsibility consists in replacing defective
parts or portions thereof.
This guarantee is for the sole benefit of the original purchaser as end user and is not
transferable. Our responsibility under this guarantee ends in the event that the original
purchaser transfers ownership of the B424 trowel, makes any changes or adds any parts or
devices not of our manufacture to the Terex Bartell B424.
