WHAT IS INSULATED AND NOT INSULATED
The fiberglass boom and platform liners must be dielectrically tested periodically
to verify the insulating properties are being maintained. Do not assume it is
providing any protection.
Ground personnel must stay away from vehicle and any items or components
connected to the vehicle, in case of accidental boom contact between conductor
and metallic portion of boom, which will cause serious injury or death.
