      If the pressure switch alarm persists at the down limit with a rated load on your Terex Scissor Lifts, you can try the following: 1. Reset the system by turning off the red emergency stop button, waiting three seconds, and turning the machine back on. 2. Raise the down limit switch as it may be out of adjustment. 3. Ensure that the platform has the correct rated load. 4. Adjust the pressure switch by turning the nut 1/4 turn into the hydraulic line, or repeat the calibration procedure if the overload system is not properly adjusted.

      If the pressure switch alarm continues to sound when the Terex Scissor Lifts is at maximum height with a rated load, consider the following: * Try resetting the system by turning off the red emergency stop button, waiting three seconds, and then turning the machine back on. * The maximum height limit switch may be out of adjustment or faulty; slightly lower the up limit switch or replace the contacts. * Ensure that the platform has the correct rated load. * The pressure switch may be out of adjustment; turn the pressure switch nut 1/4 turn into the hydraulic line. * Check if the batteries are fully charged and charge them if necessary. * The overload system might not be adjusted properly; repeat the calibration procedure. * The slider channel may need lubrication; lubricate ...
