10.3 Blink Code
The device uses LEDs to indicate its status both while connected to the vehicle
and to the display unit.
LED STATUS
GREEN
Off Tool not powered.
On Tool powered.
Flashing Tool in communication with the vehicle's control unit.
RED
Off No communication via USB.

Flashing Tool in communication with the display unit via USB.
BLUE
Off No Bluetooth communication.
On --
Flashing Tool in communication with the display unit via Bluetooth.
