Using the Internal
Numeric Keypad
NumLk Blinking
When the
NumLk
indicator is blinking-caused by pressing the
NumLk
key
while the
NumLk
indicator is illuminated-the embedded numeric keypad
becomes a temporary numeric keypad that does not require pressing any other
key. This mode is particularly useful when you have to enter many numbers. If
you press and hold
Fn
in this mode, the keypad keys generate their normal
characters.
NumLk Off
When the
NumLk
indicator is off, the keyboard acts as normal.
