NOTE
For helicopters on the Part A inspection program,
accomplish each 1000 hours of flight operation.
GENERAL
1. Each listed inspection item or maintenance function is to
be performed in accordance with the BHT-412-MM chapter
specified or the BHT-412-CR&O.
2. Record all work accomplished during inspection in the
helicopter maintenance record.
3. Accomplish complete 100 Hour/12 Month Inspection —
Part A.
Chapter 62 SWASHPLATE AND SUPPORT ASSEMBLY — HUB AND
SLEEVE ASSEMBLY
1. Disconnect drive and swashplate links from swashplate
outer ring, and drive plate set from hub assembly.
2. Disconnect pitch links from main rotor hub pitch horns.
3. Check swashplate duplex bearing and collective sleeve
hub bearing set for roughness and ease of rotation.
4. Purge lubricate bearings.
