Turn the hot water tap on and off several times, waiting 10 seconds each time. If the problem continues, it is recommended to contact customer service.

  If the hot water temperature from your TGC Water Heater is unstable, ensure the main water supply valve is fully open to provide sufficient water pressure. If you have a mixing-type faucet, increase the hot water flow to prevent it from dropping below the minimum required for the burner to stay on. Note that when the appliance is in operation, the hot water temperature can only be set to 48°C or below; if set higher, it can only be decreased.

  The hot water temperature setting on your TGC Water Heater might change automatically under certain conditions. If the appliance is in standby mode for more than 1 minute and is set at 60°C, the water temperature will revert to 40°C. Additionally, if the hot water temperature is set at 50°C or higher, it will return to 48°C when the priority is changed (if applicable).

  Your TGC Water Heater may not allow temperature adjustments under specific circumstances. If the appliance has been in standby mode for over a minute and is set to 60°C, it will revert to 40°C. Similarly, if the temperature is set to 50°C or higher, it will reset to 48°C when the priority setting is altered (if applicable).
