What to do if my TGC NJW12RM has no hot water?

If your TGC Water Heater isn't supplying hot water, there are several things you can check: * Ensure the gas supply is normal and without any interruptions. * Verify that water is flowing normally from the tap. * Check the cold water filter for any blockages. * Confirm that the power supply is normal. * Make sure the gas meter valve and/or the appliance's gas supply valve are fully open. * Ensure the cold water valve and/or hot water tap are fully open. * After turning on the appliance's power, press the ON/OFF button on the front panel or remote control (if available).
