Why is there no hot water coming from my TGC Water Heater?

  If your TGC Water Heater isn't supplying hot water, there are several things to check: * Make sure the gas supply is normal and uninterrupted. * Ensure water is flowing normally from the tap. * Check the cold water filter for blockages. * Verify the power supply is normal. * Fully open the gas meter valve and/or the appliance's gas supply valve. * Fully open the cold water valve and/or the hot water tap. * After powering on the appliance, press the ON/OFF button on either the front panel or the remote control.

  If the hot water temperature from your TGC Water Heater is too high: * Fully open the cold water valve and/or hot water tap to allow more cold water to mix in. * Check the set hot water temperature to ensure it is appropriate for your needs. * During summer, exceptionally hot weather can cause the supply water temperature to be very high, or if the required water flow is too low, the hot water temperature may be relatively higher. Adjust the water faucet or shower tap to mix in cold water to achieve a suitable temperature.

Depending on water supply pressure and pipework conditions, this flow may suddenly decrease or become discontinuous. Once the water supply pressure and pipework conditions stabilize, the hot water flow should also stabilize. * Variations in hot water flow may be a feature of a particular water tap product. For example, the hot water flow might be higher at the beginning and then stabilize afterward.
