Why does the hot water flow fluctuate in my TGC NSW16HD Water Heater?
    • S
      Shelia RyanSep 3, 2025
If the hot water flow from your TGC Water Heater is fluctuating: * When the appliance is supplying hot water to one tap while another tap is using hot water simultaneously, the hot water flow will be reduced. Depending on water supply pressure and pipework conditions, this flow may suddenly decrease or become discontinuous. Once the water supply pressure and pipework conditions stabilize, the hot water flow should also stabilize. * Variations in hot water flow may be a feature of a particular water tap product. For example, the hot water flow might be higher at the beginning and then stabilize afterward.
