Error 11 can occur for several reasons. First, make sure the gas meter valve and the appliance's gas supply valve are fully turned on. Second, if air is trapped in the gas pipe, turn off the hot water tap, wait 10 seconds, and then turn it back on. If it's an ignition failure, turn off the remote control, check that the gas valves are fully open and that the gas supply is normal. After confirming, turn the remote control back on, cycle the hot water tap on and off several times, waiting 10 seconds each time.
