COMFORT LINER AND CHEECKPADS
The comfort liner is connected to the helmet with four snaps. To remove this, gently pull the
comfort liner to release it from the helmet. To reinstall, insert the comfort liner into the helmet,
aligning the front of the liner with the front of the helmet and close the snaps. The cheek pads
are connected to the helmet using 3 snaps. To remove, gently pull the lower corner closest to the
front of the helmet and repeat for each snap until the cheek pad is removed. To reinstall, click
them back into the helmet.
The padding in the cheek area reduces side to side movement. The padding should grip the sides
of your face firmly to do this. If your helmet comes with fittable cheek pads you can adjust the
thickness of the cheek pads to fit your head perfectly (FIG. 3).
FOGGING BLOCKER
The TSG Pass helmet features an Exhalation-Fogging-Blocker installed inside the helmet around
your nose. It blocks exhaled air flowing up to fog the Shield Visor. The Fogging-Blocker is supplied
in two sizes for individual adaptation to dierent facial geometries. To exchange the Fogging-
Blocker carefully separate the Velcro strips at room temperature to remove the Blocker on the
inside of the helmet and install the other size.
HOW TO REMOVE THE VISOR
With the visor in a closed position, use a flat head screwdriver to turn both screws anti-clockwise.
The visor and the covers will slip out of their holder.
HOW TO INSTALL VISOR
Choose preferred visor and place in closed position. Mount onto the position-rondels and insert
the black covers. Slowly tighten both screws by turning clockwise until secure. To open and close
the visor only use the central handle.
SUBSTANCES
