Why Thermador Ventilation Hood isn't working and all buttons are illuminated?
    • L
      ljohnstonSep 12, 2025
If nothing works and all buttons are illuminated, it might be because the intake encountered an obstruction while moving upwards and timed out. Reactivate the controls by pressing the Delay Shut Off button, followed by the Blower Off button. Then, press the Snorkel Up/Down button to continue operation. If the intake is too low to access the control buttons, reset the system by unplugging it and plugging it back in. If the problem continues, leave the intake in its current position and contact an electrician or qualified appliance service technician.
