Install Coil
4. Install the pulley assembly using the compressor holder
(TK No. 204-807) and a hand press.
Install Pulley
1. Felt
5. Install the cover and the snap ring using external ring
pliers.
NOTE: When installing the snap ring, the chamferred
inner edge of the snap ring should face upward.
Install Cover and Snap Ring
6. Install the driver plate on the drive shaft, together with
the original shim(s). Press the drive plate down by
hand.
7. Tighten the bolt to the specified torque using the puller
arbor (TK No. 204-804) to prevent drive-plate rotation.
NOTE: Specified torque: 8.7 to 10.1 ft-lbs (1.2 to
1.4 kgm).
