Your Thermapen was pre-calibrated by hand in our laboratory
and is guaranteed to be accurate to ±0.4 °C (-49.9 to
199.9 °C) and will display the temperature of food or liquid in
just three seconds! You are probably not used to that kind of
speed and accuracy in a thermometer.
