If your thomann Lighting Equipment isn't responding to the DMX controller: * First, confirm the DMX indicator illuminates. If it doesn't, verify the DMX connectors and cables are properly connected. * Second, if the DMX indicator is lit but there's still no response, examine the address settings and DMX polarity. * Third, attempt to use an alternative DMX controller. * Fourth, ensure that the DMX cables are not near high voltage cables, as this could interfere with the DMX interface circuit.
