      Kenneth WashingtonAug 16, 2025
If your Thor Kitchen oven isn't heating, first check that the circuit breaker hasn’t tripped and there is no power outage. If there is a power outage, you cannot use the oven until power has been restored. Also ensure there is a gas supply for gas ovens. Contact your local gas supplier if necessary.

How to use Thor Kitchen Ranges cooktop burners during a power failure?
    • C
      Charles AllisonAug 22, 2025
If the power goes out, you can still use the cooktop burners on your Thor Kitchen range. Hold a lighted match to the flame spreader, push in on the control knob, and turn it counterclockwise to the LITE position. Once the flame burns around the burner, adjust the heat as needed. Important: If the flame goes out during a power failure, immediately turn the knob to OFF, as the burner won't automatically relight and gas may escape.
