Vehicle Identification Decals and
Plates
e vehicle identication number (VIN) and the TMC
serial number is listed on a label axed to the inside of the
driver’s door jamb of Class B and C motorhomes, while
this label is axed to the inside panel, just le of the driv-
er’s seat in Class A motorhomes. Please refer to the chassis
manufacturer’s owner’s manual for the location of your
17-digit chassis VIN tag (see Section 6).

Response times from TMC Customer Care are within 1-to-
2 business days. You must include your name and a valid
email address. Also include your VIN and briey describe
the purpose of your inquiry. You will receive a reply by
email, or if you choose, a TMC Customer Care representa-
tive will return a phone call as soon as possible.
Your selling dealer and/or your TMC Customer Care rep-
resentative should be able to solve any question or concern
regarding your motorhome. However, if their combined
eorts are not satisfactory, please send a letter describing
the circumstances to:

CONTACT YOUR DEALER AT ONCE
Service appointments are made based on each dealer's
service schedule, so contact your dealer as soon as possible
to have service or repairs performed.
PREPARE FOR THE APPOINTMENT
If warranty-covered work is being performed, have the
following documentation available:
• TMC Warranty Guide
• Applicable component warranties
• Component serial numbers
• Vehicle identication number (VIN)
• Vehicle serial number
