    Why is water dripping from under my ThoroughClean D10M-36H Pressure Washer pump?

      If water is dripping from under your ThoroughClean Pressure Washer pump (between the crankcase and manifold housing), it could be due to worn H.P. piston seals or a worn plunger, so check and replace the seal pack. A worn plunger stop seal can also cause this, so replace the plunger. Additionally, check and replace any worn "O" rings in the plunger retaining bolt.

      If oil is dripping from under your ThoroughClean Pressure Washer pump (between the crankcase and manifold housing), it's likely due to worn piston to crankcase (plunger shaft) oil seals, so check and replace them.

      If the water filter mesh is crushed when replaced in your ThoroughClean Pressure Washer, and you are using Grey NY126 Water Filters with a Blue or Red mesh tube, ensure you are following the correct replacement procedure. First, insert the mesh tube tightly into the fixed black head of the filter assembly, and then screw on the grey cover/cup tightly.
