INSTALLING O-RING FITTINGS
Installing straight, 45 degree and 90 degree O-ring fittings requires that the O-ring,
washer and nut (A) be up against the swivel body (B). Insert the swivel and turn in
until the swivel is pointed in the right direction and O-ring contact is made. Hold
swivel in set direction with a wrench and turn the O-ring nut away from the swivel
body and carefully tighten.
POWER BEYOND INSTALLATION (NON CAB)
To install the power beyond lines from a Tiger lift valve to the tractor hydraulic valve,
locate the port on the bottom front of the tractor hydraulic valve. Next connect a hose to
the bottom front of tractor hydraulic valve, then to the top front port on the Tiger lift valve.
This procedure is followed when mounting a Husco lift valve on a John Deere. For
more information refer to the Parts Section pages for a complete diagram of the tractor
valve hookup.
