Operating
the
Radio
Note:
Fully
extend
the
FM
wire
antenna
for
best
FM
reception.
Rotate
the
radio,
as
required,
for
best
AM
reception.
1.
Mode
switch
-
Set
to
ON.
The
Dial
Pointer
lights.
2.
Band
switch
-
Set
to
AM
or
FM
as
desired.
3.
Tuning
control
-
Rotate
to
select
desired
station
on
appropriate
dial
scale.
Tune
station
for
maximum
clarity.
4.
Volume
control
-
Adjust
for
desired
volume
level.
5.
To
turn
off
the
radio,
set
the
Mode
switch
to
OFF
or
ALARM.

Set
to
RADIO.

Mode

Set
to
ALARM.
A
music
note
(
)
will
appear
on
the
display
indicating
the
radio
alarm
function
is
on.
The
radio
is
now
set
to
come
on
automatically
at
the
alarm
time
selected.
Note:
The
radio
will
play
for
approximately
1
hour
and
turn
off
automatically.
This
cycle
repeats
every
24
hours
unless
the
controls
are
changed.
To
play
the
radio
after
the
one-hour
auto
period,
set
the
Mode
switch
to
ON.
Remember
to
reset
the
Mode
switch
to
ALARM
so
the
radio
will
come
on
automatically
the
next
day.
5.
A
larm
Reset
button
-
Press
to
turn
off
the
radio.
The
radio
will
come
on
again
the
next
day
automatically
at
the
same
time.
