Possible cause
The brush roller is blocked

blocked
2. The dustbin is not installed

No battery pack or battery pack

Solution
Remove blockages
Remove blockages, or restart
Remove blockages, clean the
filter and dustbin
1. Clean the dust on the inner
sensor
2. Install the dustbin correctly
Follow the steps to connect WiFi
Check the network status
Remove the battery pack and
cool it down
The adaptor is not designed for
PURE ONE S12
Install the battery on the main
body properly
