28VDC Operating Circuit (cont.)

PROBLEM

CAUSE

REMEDY

6. The 28VDC output voltage is

lower than expected.

C. The line drop compensation

setting within the GCM is set too

low.

C. Increase the setting. Contact

TLD, as this changes the GCM

calibration.

D. The GCM is limiting current.

D. Increase the limit if necessary.

This setting appears when the

28VDC circuit is in operation.

E. A faulty connection exists

between the output cable and the

aircraft.

E. Correct the connection.

F. The GCM is faulty.

F. Replace the GCM.
