1. Hold the sides of the remote control and
press the latch on the back of the device.

Before your remote control can commuOIcate
with your TomTom GO, VOU need 10 establish
a Bluetooth connecllOn
between your remOle
control
and your GO. This Bluetooth process is
also known as 'palling'
The first time you SWItch on your remote
control, rt IneS 10 establISh' connecllOn With
the nearest GO.
To estabhsh a connectJOfl, do the followmg:
1. SWltchonvourTomTomGO.ndt.P
Bluetooth pr.f.r.nces in Ihe Preferences
menu.
Tile keypad lifts out 'rom the back of the
device, a. shown In Ihe dlllgfam. rake care
noilO drop the keypad.
2. Place Ihe banenes In the remote control.
Make lur. you put the banenes in the
correct way round, as shown on Ihe remote
control.
3 Replace Ihe battery cover and press any
bullOO to SWItch on your remote control.
