The VCI dongle may not be activated
in the registration process.
The tablet isn’t connected to a network.
The serial number and activation
code are not correct.
The activation code is invalid.
The conguration is empty.
Activate the VCI dongle as follows:
Tap “User Info” -> “Activate VCI” ->
Input the correct serial number and
activation code -> “Activate”.
Make sure the network is stable.
Check the serial number and activation
code and make sure they are correct
(serial number 12 digits, activation code
8 digits).
