Assemble upper and lower mast sections and slide mainsail over the top mast section.
Attach the boom to the mast.
Attach the clew ring on the boom to the eye of the sail.
Attach downhaul to lower mast cleat and feed through the luff tube.
Attach kicker shackle to lower mast and kicker key to boom fitting.
Attach the Outhaul line to the fairlead at the end of the boom.
Thread the mainsheet through the mainsheet block assembly, boom block, and ratchet block.
Attach rudder blade assembly to transom plate and ensure retaining clip is engaged.
Attach elastic to centreboard top and place board into centreboard slot.
Reduce sail area by slackening kick strap and outhaul, then wrapping the sail around the mast.
Ensure jib fairlead fitting is centered on the mainsail opening before attaching jib.
Thread jib sheet through hull fairlead and cleat, then around mast and through jib clew eye.

Attach shroud wires and block using shackle to the metal clip on the upper mast.
Thread gennaker halyard through blocks and pull down to mast base for reachability.
Tie the pole end line to the tack end of the gennaker using a bowline knot.
Attach shroud wires to the hull shroud pin using the carbine hooks.
