MAINTENANCE OPERATIONS

Steering system pressure
-- Install the frame locking pin between front
and rear frames.
-- Connect a pressure gauge to the
quick--disconnect fitting after the steering
main valve.
-- Engine speed of 1000 --1500 rpm.
-- Turn the machine to full left--hand turn.
-- Steering system pressure should be
120 bar (12.0 MPa).
Hydraulic p u mps’ pressures
-- T he hydraulic pumps’ pressures can be checked from
the quick--disconnect fittings.
-- Engine at 1000--1500 rpm.
-- Lower the boom against the stops and keep
the control valve in ”boom down” position.
-- Pressure should be 250 bar (25.0 MPa) (points 1 and 2).
-- Standby pressure for steering pump: 40 bar (4.0 MPa)
(point 1).
-- Standby pressure for bucket pump: 20 bar (2.0 M Pa)
(point 2).
