•Donotputhandsorfeetnearorunderrotatingparts.
Keepclearofthedischargeopeningatalltimes.
•Neverpickuporcarryalawnmowerwhiletheengineis
running.
•Useextremecautionwhenreversingorpullinga
pedestriancontrolledlawnmowertowardsyou.

•Keepallnuts,boltsandscrewstighttobesurethe
equipmentisinsafeworkingcondition.Replaceallworn
ordamagedlabels.
•Donotusepressurecleaningequipmentonmachine.
•Neverstoretheequipmentwithgasolineinthetankand
insideabuildingwherefumescanreachanopename
orspark.
•Allowtheenginetocoolbeforestoringinanyenclosure.
•Toreducetherehazard,keeptheengine,silencer,and
gasolinestorageareafreeofgrass,leaves,orexcessive
grease.
•Checkgrasscatchercomponentsandthedischargeguard
frequentlyandreplacewithmanufacturer'srecommended
parts,whennecessary.
•Replacewornordamagedpartsforsafety.
•Replacefaultysilencers.
•Ifthefueltankhastobedrained,dothisoutdoors.
•Donotchangetheenginegovernorsettingsoroverspeed
theengine.Operatinganengineatexcessivespeedcan
increasethehazardofpersonalinjury.
