wt.gearlube.
Important:Iftheplanetaryllsbeforethe
22ounces(0.6liter)ofoilisadded,waitone
hourorinstalltheplugandmovethemachine
approximatelytenfeettodistributetheoil
throughthebrakesystem.Then,removethe
plugandaddtheremainingoil
7.Re-installtheplug.
8.Repeattheprocedureontheopposite
planetary/brakeassembly.

ServiceInterval:Every400hours
TherearaxleisshippedfromthefactorylledwithSAE
85W-140wt.gearlube.Checktheoillevelbeforethe
engineisrststartedandevery400hoursthereafter.The
capacityis80oz.(2.4l).Visuallyinspectforleaksdaily.
1.Positionthemachineonalevelsurface.
2.Removeacheckplugfromoneendoftheaxle
(
Figure71)andmakesurethatthelubricantisupto
thebottomofthehole.Ifthelevelislow,remove
thellplug(Figure71)andaddenoughlubricantto
bringtheleveluptothebottomofthecheckplug
holes.

1.Parkmachineonalevelsurface,shutengineoff,
positionspeedcontrolintoLOWrangeandlower
cuttingunitstotheoor.Depressonlytheright
brakepedalandengagetheparkingbrake.
2.Jackupleftsideofmachineuntilleftfronttireisoff
theshopoor.Supportmachinewithjackstandsto
preventitfromfallingaccidentally.
3.Startengineandallowrunatlowidle.
4.Adjustjamnutsonpumprodendtomovepump
controltubeforwardtoeliminateforwardcreepor
rearwardtoeliminaterearwardcreep(
