  Your Toro Lawn Mower engine might not start due to several reasons. First, ensure the wire is connected to the spark plug. Next, press the primer 3 times. Also, the fuel cap vent hole may be plugged, so clean it or replace the fuel cap. Check the spark plug; if it's pitted, fouled, or the gap is incorrect, adjust or replace it. Finally, the fuel tank could be empty or contain stale fuel; in that case, drain and refill with fresh gasoline. If the problem persists after these steps, seek assistance from an Authorized Service Dealer.
