tostop.
3.Loosenthesetscrewonthesideofthe
brake-leverknob.Turntheknobclockwiseto
tightenthebrake;turntheknobcounterclockwise
toloosenthebrake.
Note:Theleftwheelshouldlockcompletely
whenyouengagethebrake.
4.Tightenthesetscrew.
