CheckingandCaringfortheSeatBelt
Beforeyouoperatethemachine,alwaysensurethattheROPS
andtheseatbeltareproperlyinstalledandingoodworking
order.
1.Checktheseatbeltfordamage,andreplaceallparts
thataredamaged.
2.Ensurethatthemountingboltsfortheseatbeltsare
tight.
3.Keeptheseatbeltscleanusingonlysoapandwater.
Note:Donotimmersetheseatbeltsinbleachordye,
becausethisweakensthebeltmaterial.
CheckingandMaintainingtheROPS
ServiceInterval:Every500hours
Important:IfanypartoftheROPSsystemisdamaged,
replaceitbeforeyouoperatethemachine.
1.Checkthatthe8boltsthatsecuretheROPSbartothe
chassisofthemachinearetorquedto24.4to26.1N-m
(216to231in-lb);refertoFigure96.
