Hydraulic Pressure Test Kit
Use to take v arious pressure readings for diagnostic
tests. Quick disconnect fittings provided attach directly
to mating fittings on machine test ports without tools. A
high pressure hose is provided for r emote readings.
Contains one each: 1000 PSI (70 bar), 5000 PSI (350
bar) and 10000 PSI (700 bar) gauges. Use gauges as
recommended in the Testing section of this chapter.

15 GPM Hydraulic Tester Kit (Pressure and Flow)
Use to test hydraulic circuits and components for flow
andpressurecapacitiesasrecommendedintheTesting
sectionofthischapter.Thistesterincludesthefollowing:
1. INLET HOSE: Hose connected from the system cir-
cuit to the inlet side of the hydraulic tester.
2. LOAD VALVE: A simulated working load is created
in the circuit by turning the valve to restrict flow.
3. PRESSURE GAUGE: Glycerine filled 0 to 5000 PSI
gauge to provide operating circuit pressure.
4. FLOW METER: This meter measures actual oil flow
in the operating circuit with a gauge rated from 1 to 15
GPM(5to55LPM).
5. OUTLET HOSE: A hose from the outlet side of the
hydraulictesterconnectstothehydraulicsystemcircuit.
6. FITTINGS:Anassortmentofhydraulicfittingsarein-
cluded with this kit.
