thebeltisrotating,bladesslippingwhileyouare
cuttinggrass,frayedbeltedges,burnmarks,and
cracks.Replacethemowerbeltifyoudetectanyof
thesesigns.
ReplacingtheMower-Deck
Belt
1.DisengagethePTOandengagetheparking
brake.
2.Shutofftheengine,removethekey,andwait
forallmovingpartstostopbeforeleavingthe
operatingposition.
3.Opentheengineguard;refertoOpeningthe
EngineGuard(page29).
4.ReplacethebeltasshowninFigure66.
