Excessive vibration in your Toro Blower can stem from several issues. First, inspect the reel shaft bearings for damage and replace them if needed. Clear away any foreign materials wrapped around the reel shaft. Check the reels for straightness using dial calipers, ensuring they're within 0.015 inches. Replace any missing or broken sweeper fingers and replace the belt if it is damaged.

If your Toro Blower isn't picking up debris, several factors could be at play. Start by replacing any missing or broken fingers. If the belt is broken or lacks proper tension, replace it or adjust the tension. Inspect the sheaves for a sheared key and replace it if necessary. Adjust the finger height if it's too low or too high, following the instructions for Sweeper Reel Height Adjustment. Ensure the hopper floor is correctly seated against the rear cross member, bending it back to seal the hopper if needed. Clear any blockages from the screen on top of the hopper door to ensure proper airflow. Finally, clean off any buildup on the bottom of the oil tank compartment or the rear reel deflector above the front reel.
