  A constant buzzing sound while the drive-control lever is compressed on your Toro Tiller could be due to several reasons: the drive-control lever may not be fully compressed, so ensure it is. The wire belt guide might be too close to the idler pulley; properly space it to clear the belt. Also, the belt tension could be incorrect, so check and adjust it. Finally, the belt may be stretched, requiring replacement.
