Important:Donotovertightenthescrews;otherwise
youmaydamagethedischargechuteandpreventit
fromturningfreely.

FillingtheEnginewithOil
NoPartsRequired
Procedure
Yourmachinedoesnotcomewithoilintheengine,butit
doescomewithabottleofoil.
Important:Beforestartingtheengine,lltheengine
withoil.
Note:Thebottleofoilmaycontainmoreoilthanisrequired.
Donotoverllorunderlltheengine.
Maxll:.0.60L(20oz),type:automotivedetergentoilwith
anAPIserviceclassicationofSJ,SL,orhigher.
UseFigure8belowtoselectthebestoilviscosityforthe
outdoortemperaturerangeexpected.

3.Unscrewtheoil-llcapandremoveit.
4.Withthemachineintheoperatingposition,carefully
pouroilintothecrankcaseuntilthepointofoverow .
Note:Youmaytipthemachineforward(handleup)
tomakeaddingoileasier.Remembertoreturnthe
machinetotheoperatingpositionbeforecheckingthe
oillevel.
Important:Donottipthemachinealltheway
forwardontoitsnose,orfuelmayleakoutofthe
machine.
5.Wait3minutesfortheoiltosettleandaddenoughto
bringittothepointofoverow.
6.Screwtheoil-llcapintotheoil-llholeandtightenit
securely.
