1.Liftandrotatetheupperhandleandpositionitover
thelowerhandle.
2.Securetheupperhandlewith2handlebolts,2curved
washers,and2locknutsfromtheloosepartsbag
(Figure3).

1.Removethehairpincotterandwasherfromthelower
endofthespeedcontrolrodandinsertthelowerend
oftherodintothelowerlinkarmsothatthebentend
ofthespeedcontrolrodfacesrearward(Figure4).

washerandhairpincotterthatyoupreviouslyremoved.
3.Removethehairpincotterandtheouterwasherfrom
thetrunnionontheupperendofthespeedcontrol
rod(Figure5).
