    • S
      sreedAug 11, 2025
If your Toro Snow Blower runs but doesn't discharge snow well, check these items: * Ensure the throttle is in the FAST position when throwing snow. * Reduce your speed by shifting the machine into a lower gear. * Decrease the amount of snow you're trying to remove per swath. * Avoid overloading the machine with extremely heavy or wet snow. * Unclog the discharge chute if it's plugged. * Check if the auger/impeller drive belt is loose or off the pulley. Install and/or adjust the auger/impeller drive belt. * Consider replacing the auger/impeller drive belt if it is worn or broken.

    • S
      Shelby WhiteAug 18, 2025
If your Toro Snow Blower engine is running rough, consider these potential causes: * The choke may be in the ON position. Move it to the OFF position. * The fuel-shutoff valve may not be completely open. Ensure it is fully open. * The fuel tank may be nearly empty or contain stale fuel. Drain and refill with fresh fuel (not more than 30 days old). * The spark-plug wire may be loose. Reconnect it to the spark plug. * The spark plug may be pitted, fouled, or have an incorrect gap. Inspect and adjust or replace the spark plug as needed. * The engine-oil level in the engine crankcase may be too low or too high. Adjust the oil level to the Full mark on the dipstick.
