8.Wipethedipstickcleanwithacleancloth.
9.Insertthedipstickintotheoil-lltube,butdonot
screwitin,thenremovethedipstick.
10.Readtheoillevelonthedipstick;referto
CheckingtheEngine-OilLevel(page10).
•Iftheoillevelonthedipstickistoolow,
carefullypourasmallamountofoilintothe
oil-lltube,wait3minutes,andrepeatsteps
8through10untiltheoillevelonthedipstick
iscorrect.
•Iftheoillevelonthedipstickistoohigh,
draintheexcessoiluntiltheoillevelonthe
dipstickiscorrect.
Important:Iftheoillevelintheengineistoo
lowortoohighandyouruntheengine,you
maydamagetheengine.
11.Installthedipstickintotheoil-lltubesecurely.
12.Recycletheusedoilproperly.
