InstallingtheWireHarness
1.Withtheoperatorplatformstillintheraisedposition,
routethewiringloombyfeedingthelongestsection
underneaththecontrolpanelbelowtheliftlevers,
followingtheexistingloom.
2.Connectthe4-pinplugtotheexistingloomsocket.
3.Routethelightingloomthroughthefrontseatsupport
bracketandtothefrontofthemachine,branchingleft
andrightbeforepassingthroughthefrontchassis.
4.Usingtheexistinghoseties,securetheloominto
position.
InstallingtheSwitches
1.Removetheblankingplugsfromtheinstrumentpanel
inordertolocatetheswitches(Figure5).
2.Feedtheplugandblackwirethroughthecutoutinthe
controlpanelbehindthehandbrakeandtthehazard
warningswitch.Pushtheswitchdowntolocate.
3.Connectthebrown/purplewiretothesecondfuse
holderfromtheoutside.Fitthe10Afuse(Figure6).
4.Connectthered/purplewiretothethirdfuseholder
fromtheoutside.Fitthe15Afuse(Figure6).
5.Feedtheplugsandwiresthroughthecut-outsinthe
topofthecontrolpanelandttheindicator,dip/main
andlightswitches.
6.Fitthelensestotheswitchessuppliedwiththekit.
7.Feedtheasherrelaybaseundertheexistingrelays.
Slotintoplacebesidetheexistingrelaysandretainwith
abolt,washers,andnut.Fittheasherrelay.
8.Retainlightingloomtotheexistingloomunderthe
controlpanelusing2smallcableties.
9.Ensurethatthefrontlightwiresarecorrectlyrouted
asfollows:
•Green/red:rightindicator
•Green/white:leftindicator
10.Securetheloomtotherollerplatebraceusingthelarge
cableties(Figure4).

rollerplateandconnecttotheloom.
