What to do if the blades do not rotate on my Toro TimeCutter ZS 3200S?

If the blades on your Toro Lawn Mower aren't rotating, here are a few things to inspect: * Install a new drive belt if the current one is worn, loose, or broken. * Install the drive belt and check the adjusting shafts and belt guides for the correct position if the drive belt is off of the pulley. * Install a new mower belt if the mower belt is worn, loose, or broken. For issues with the power-takeoff (PTO) switch or PTO clutch, it's best to contact an Authorized Service Dealer.
